Refund Policy

We want you to be pleased with your new purchase. If, for any reason, you're unsatisfied with a product, notify us through the contact form on our Contact Us page, and our team will guide you through the return process. Like most return policies, we can only accept items in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Proof of purchase is required for a refund.

Note that products with scratches, stains, damages, or modifications can't be returned. Standard Curbside Shipping and White Glove Shipping charges from the original order can't be refunded once these services have been provided.

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and products must reach our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date. Once received in good condition, our team will promptly issue a refund to the original payment method.

Return shipment must be independently arranged with associated costs covered by the customer. If you need assistance, we're here to help; however, the fee, covered by the customer, will be deducted from the product refund.

NOTE:

  • We cannot accept returns on the following items: outlet, custom orders, made-to-order, fabric swatches, custom artwork/posters, accessories/extra parts, final sale items, and all orders requiring extra customization.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on pieces that we are unable to deliver due to sizing/fit issues (i.e., sofa or chair cannot fit into home).
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on pieces that have been altered or customized in any way post delivery.
  • For oversized items, we charge a restocking fee between 10-20% of the item’s full retail price before discounts or promotions. This mainly applies to sideboards, cabinets, chairs, lounge chairs, sofas, daybeds, beds, etc or special handling/fragile shipping items.
  • Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling costs.
  • For self-assembly products, we kindly request caution when assembling self-assembly products. We are unable to accept returns or provide replacements for items that have been incorrectly assembled or damaged during assembly.

We are not responsible for any variations between the actual product and how it is displayed on your screen, unless it is a manufacturer-verified defect. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other features are given by the manufacturer; we assume no liability for the description, for variance, minor imperfections, including in colors or textures or for a product not meeting with your satisfaction, besides a manufacturer-verified defect.
